Starpath Adult Day Service is a dementia model program aimed at promoting a client's independence through an organized plan of supervised activities, while offering respite to their families and caregivers. Starpath Adult Day Service is for the Older Adult Who Is... diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer's able to get around with or without assistance (canes, walkers, wheelchairs are acceptable). in need of companionship during the day. able to participate in individual or group activities with minimal disruptive behavior.
