FEBRUARY
Name That Tune Valentine Day Edition on February 2 at 10:30 a.m. Participate in our complimentary event and showcase your expertise on the most romantic songs of all time. Not only will you have the opportunity to win prizes, but you’ll also have fun and enjoy the experience.
Parkinson’s Maintenance Classes on February 5, 12, 26 and March 5 at 10:30 a.m. This four-week LSVT certified class is a group exercise program that is evidence based and designed to promote strength, balance, motor learning and bigger movements. There will be a half-hour information meeting on February 5 at 10:00 a.m. for those who are not familiar with the class. If you are interested in signing up for this program, please call 810-765-3523 and ask to speak with Merri.
Lakeshore Legal Aid February 6 at 11:30 a.m.
Craft w/ Merri - Yarn Wreath on February 8 at 1:00 p.m. We invite you to join us for crafting with Merri, where we will guide you to create a beautiful yarn wreath. The cost per person is $20 and we ask that you sign up in advance to secure your slot as space is limited.
Lunch with Ken Rose on February 16 at 11:00 a.m. Join us for lunch served at 11:30 a.m. and an hour of beautiful piano music provided by the talented Ken Rose. You will need to sign up at least 24-48 hours ahead for lunch by calling 810-765-4724 and making a reservation. Lunch is a suggested donation of $2.50 for those that are 60+ and $4.50 for those younger than 60.
Day Trip to Sanders Candy Factory and shopping on February 22 at 10:00 a.m. We cordially invite you to join us for a day trip to the Sander Candy Factory Tour, accompanied by lunch and a shopping excursion on Hall Road. Due to space restrictions, early registration is highly recommended, and the cost is $15 per person. Lunch will be on your own. Call 810-765-8570 to sign up.
Tapping with Sophia on February 28 at 12:00 noon. Join us as our Tai Chi instructor Sophia teaches us a quick easy way to reduce your stress and anxiety through Tapping. Tapping is a powerful stress relief technique, based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
Washington Life Centers Veterans Club meets every month. All veterans are welcome, new members are encouraged.

Easter Basket Raffle drawing on Thursday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase starting March 11 in the main office. Each ticket is priced at $1 or you can purchase six tickets for $5. Don't miss out on the chance to win a beautiful basket.
